Experts who submit an online form detailing their professional experience and qualifications (refer to ‘Join as an Expert’) to InnoSteP will undergo a verification process. Once verified, they will be included in a list of qualified experts, which is then suggested to clients based on matching requirements
All experts, whether freelancers or full-time employees, are welcome to join
When clients fill out an online form with their project details and resource requirements (see the 'Request for Proposal' section), they will receive a curated list of qualified experts from InnoSteP, customized to fit their specific needs. If you need a particular resource, please submit your Request for Proposal (RFP) through our designated submission process.
Our service fees are typically based on the hourly rates of our sourced experts, quoted in USD. However, we also offer the flexibility to negotiate pricing on a daily, monthly, or milestone basis, tailored to fit the specific needs of your project, including factors like the expert’s experience, the country of the clinical trial, and the project duration
All payments must be processed through InnoSteP, to ensure security and provide mediation in case of disputes. Direct payments outside InnoSteP are not supported.
We maintain a diverse pool of clinical experts, including Project Managers (PMs), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Site Startup Units (SSUs), Regulatory Affairs (RA) professionals, Data Management/Statistics (DM/STAT) teams, Medical Writers (MWs), Pharmacovigilance (PV) specialists, and Quality Assurance (QA) experts.
We do not require a minimum contract period. All projects are carried out on a project-based agreement, tailored through consultation with the client.
